current status.

Here is where I am right now. I don’t think I will ever be the guy with washboard abs because I have always been the guy that gained most of his weight between my neck and waist and mostly on my belly, love handles and lower back but my goal isn’t perfection, it’s just trying to get healthy and lower my A1C levels and to be honest, look good in a pair of jeans and a t shirt and if the occasion calls for it, a pair of swim trunks. Sorry if I post a lot but this keeps me accountable and on track. Peace!
