I tore my shoulder labrum 3 years ago and really didn't get back into working out. Thought my shoulder would get better. Never did. I decided to work around my injury and see what kind of transformation I could make in 13 weeks. I trained for 6 months without changing my diet. I then decided to dial in my diet and go in a fairly aggressive calorie deficit. These were the results. Still all natural without TRT or anything else.
