Well, not only did I get the wrist checked, I also seem to have developed an irregular heartbeat. As for the wrist, ordered a new brace, and the days of spending 3 hours on the practice tee hitting 400 golf balls is a thing of the past. Golf is harder on it than working out. As for the other, the cardiologist didnât think it was serious, but was adamant that I needed to reduce my 2100 mg a day caffeine intake, & get more than 4 hours of sleep a night. I just need days to be 30 hours long. LOL. Oh well Iâve always liked these, so I guess Iâll cut back on energy drinks, & quit doing 2 scoops of pre workout. As he said, Iâm not 25 anymore.
