Time is the number one barrier Iâve found in me, my peers and clients for proper dieting, exercise, and health. There is no cheating in real and impactful health decisions, time cannot be altered to fit your fitness desires. Create valuable goals not focused on a small time period of massive and overwhelming changes because those are quick and very temporary. Rather create long term process goals of measurable and strategic change because these have perpetual positive effects.
