If anyone would ask me the number one tip I would give to be successful for any goal especially tied to health and wellness: practice self forgiveness. Miss a day or a workout, thatâs fine, try again. Accidentally slipped off your diet, thatâs fine, try again. Understanding that this journey includes multiple fails and that you will be expected to slip once and awhile will help prevent you from lapsing or giving up. Push yourself hard but donât be hard on yourself.
