Left it all in the gym!
Absolutely fried after that session! Felt really flat the last few days. So I focused on nutrition and recovery. Seemed to do the trick, because that session was intense. All my lifts felt strong and even managed to get some good volume in as well. I had a couple people come up and ask me if I am competing haha. It was a nice lil convo and I was pleasantly surprised and humbled by the approaches, but no I am not. Im focused with training and nutrition right now and enjoying those results, but the comp prep dedication is a other level which would not be good for me whilst I have a million other things going on in life. When I settle a bit more, I might entertain the idea again, although I might be well and truely in the masters division by then 😉.
