First week back and its been craazzzy
First week back into the work grind and it has been crazy! No easy settling in, it was hit the ground running and dont fall over pace! So I have taken the same approach with training. Smash straight back into it and keep the momentum going. Today was a brutal full body session to keep in tune and close out the week. Probably focused my effort into more of my legs, but still hit upper body as well. Ive also tweaked my nutrition a bit to include some more carbs around my training (pre and post) and starting to feel a bit more fuelled during my session and slightly more fuller. Rinse and repeat for the week ahead! Lets get after it!
