Absolutely fried after todays leg session! Let me say I know I definitely donât have the biggest quads going on haha but believe when I say I do hit legs on avg twice a week. Usually split between a quad focused session and a glute/hammy session. They are just super hard to respond, especially after all the injuries and surgeries Iâve had on them over the years. In saying that, I still get to work and do what I can! Im no longer in this to hit big numbers or even compete, just here to progress where I can, which is enough for me!
