Back session to kick off the New Year! Something a little bit different! Video would be great here. Every now and then ill add this little challenge into my back workouts to see how many times I can perform a pull up / jump up to the next bar till I am at the top, then jump back down the bars, and to see how many times I can rotate through! I usually do them at the end of a session. So far I can get through 3 times. Ill try get to 5 soon enough haha. Overall this is a pretty useless movement haha, but you never know, maybe ill go on a Ninja Warrior course one day and get to do some crazy stuff!
