That awkward week between xmas and new years!

The week between xmas and new years is always a funny one. Kind of still in xmas mode, eating leftovers, yet kind of looking forward to the new year and wanting to get started already with diet and training haha. For me personally, this week is more of the same, just maintaining the momentum, but slightly more relaxed! Hope everyone is enjoying some time off!
