Squat till I drop
Legs have been a focus for me for a while now! I definitely donât have big squat numbers or impressive quads to show, but I still work them just like any other muscle group! I have had a couple of big surgeries on my right leg over the years (broken right femur, now with a metal rod straight through. Kind of crazy scar! And right knee ACL knee reco. That changed a lot for me) which has definitely played a part in my muscle development, but for me it is not an excuse, rather a motivation to be better than before these injuries. That is what drives me to train legs and train them hard.
