So, I was sitting at around 160ish in the summer. I wasnât exactly bulking or cutting but was doing hard labour for a year and going through litres of water a day. Things slowed down and had to go back home to deal with some things and lost 10 LBS pretty fast. Iâve been working out pretty hard everyday this month and I was able to put on over 5lbs. Iâm pushing to be around 170 by the end of spring. Diet and fitness plan is locked and loaded. What are your thoughts? Any advice and tips would be greatly appreciated!
