I took this picture after last nights gym session and am now posting it whilst I am on the train (1.5hr one way trip - Dont worry, I only do this trip maybe once a fortnight, sometimes once a week) to work (It is Monday morning where I am). This pic just reminds me that what I am working towards requires hard work, sacrifice and commitment across all aspects of my life. Keep getting after it!
