The kind of workout that made my sweat unrecognizable from the tears and rain. With each rep and set, God gave comfort to my heart revealing that struggle is the ship (the transport sort of speak) to some of the best places we’ll encounter. God, help me to remember that tough seasons give birth to beautiful things if only we believe.
