Pretty focused right now to just nail the basics. Staying consistent with my work in the gym. Keeping my nutrition balanced and in check. Getting sufficient rest in. Doing my best to build and maintain relationships. Taking more ownership and responsibility in my career. Giving my friends and family quality time. On another note, I hope everyone has a great week leading into xmas and of course a very merry xmas day. Take that time to unwind and reset for the new year! Im sure ill post before then, but if I dont, ill see you all back here soon, ready to support and crush those goals :)
