I always make it a point to sacrifice my Friday night for training because thereâs really no other place Iâd rather be!! 5 rounds of 3 position power cleans at 105# then fast twitch muscle training finished in 4:39 of 15-12-9-6-3 of 55# power clean and push-ups with a 12 min time cap then SST cardio x 15 mins on rower, ski erg, and assault bike with db rows and bw squats in between!! Yea
