It is starting to set in!
Can actually say this week (so far) might have been my hardest week yet for my training, nutrition and overall performance during this calorie deficit! I am starting to feel flat and noticed I am dropping off a rep here and there on my lifts. I know exactly what this means! It is time to listen to my body and rest and refuel. I am going to slightly increase cals over the next couple of days, ease up on my sessions, get some solid rest in and see how I feel come the weekend.I know I will feel 100% better and able to absolutely crush a gym session. I kind of cant wait haha. Enjoy the rest of the week!
