The weekend grind!
I love a gym session on the weekend. I feel I can really take my time with the session and not rush anything. I empty my mind and just train. I donât have to think about work, or anything like that. Just being present in that session and really focusing in. Donât get me wrong, my workouts during the week are productive, but they are always after work and sometimes my thoughts are cloudy with the days events, which can sometimes affect my workout. But I am there, so regardless the work gets done. One or my favourite Sunday morning things to do is go train early, then hit a cafe for some breaky (usually a sneaky scrambled egg and avo on toast) and then relax and get ready for the week ahead!
