Day before my birthday ? squat snatches 7x1 for load ended at 75# then WOD was 6 straight leg sit ups and 10 power cleans at 65# AMRAP in 10 mins and got an easy 8 +13 in and first on the leaderboard..feeling my endurance increasing since starting SSC every other day ..Happy birthday week to ME!!
