Who here takes the time out to foam roll and stretch out? I work a desk job all day, so by the time I get to the gym in the evening, I feel pretty tight and rigid haha. Gone are the days where I could throw weights around without warming up haha. Ive found some great relief in foam rolling prior to working out as it gets some blood flow going, and helps to loosen up my body. As I get older and progress further in my training, I am learning to take the time to keep the body in check with foam rolling, stretching and yoga movements (thinking about adding a full yoga session in weekly!) Let me know what you guys do! Open to suggestions to try something new.
