Had a pretty intense day of training..too tired to stand now ? Strength potion consisted of deadlifts 8-6-4-2 I went light today to work on form with a heavy bar at 165#. WOD consisted of 21-15-9 of 14# wall ball 12 calories on the assault bike, and 9 deadlifts at 125# with a 20 min time cap..finished at an easy pace of 1602! Then hit a massive leg strength portion consisting of lying and sitting calf raises, squats, extensions, stiff leg deadlifts, leg press, and giant set of hamstring curls-lying and sitting! Finished off my evening with a core routine and ROMWOD!! Whew ??
