Just an update. Iâm at my lowest weight right now. No surgery or procedures just still eating sensibly and doing cardio 5 times a week. My lower back pain is gone and my pre diabetic numbers have returned to normal. No pain in my knees or ankles either. Stomach issues have diminished too. I still have a tummy but itâs not one that causes me pain and health issues. I am still on the journey and itâs been slow and steady but Iâm still determined to be healthy and take care of myself and be mentally and physically happier. Thanks for letting me share.
