I like to use the dumbbells for a better wrist angle with my push-ups, so they were on the floor, and when I accidentally banged a foot on one I broke my toe. So time to get the indoor cycling trainer out and get back on Zwift for my cardio, and maybe back in the freezing river water dodging the barnacles for a swim. Oooh! Maybe itâs time to get kayaking again ⦠I could do the lugging in my moon boot ⦠Finally losing weight, gotta keep the momentum going!!
