As someone who previously suffered very badly from an eating disorder, I have always battled with my weight and body image. When I first started working out all that was in my head was that I had to be super skinny! I was effectively cannibalising my own body by working out but not fuelling myself with the appropriate food! Itâs taken me much longer than Iâd like to realise that food is not the enemy and that itâs actually a necessity if I want to keep working out. My journey has been a tricky one but I have an excellent boyfriend and son who keep me right and with a lot of will power of my own Iâm slowly but surely managing to change my mindset regarding food! I will continue to try to be the best I can be both physically and mentally â¤ï¸
