Catching up with long-held stretching. Been doing lots of different sartorius stretches, as Physio identified they were tight, without recalling âhitting the spotâ. So now finally experimenting with side splits, and ah! thatâs helping. Maybe associated with tight gracilis, as same attachment â¦? As my sports med doc says - gotta keep doing the wts and the cardio and the rehab and the stretching and keep the fat off, and keep doing it forever! Lol!!
