Gym 5 times a week, cardio and eating healthier. I was diagnosed with pre diabetes and told my doctor I was going to get as fit as I could by August so I donât have to take any medications so thatâs my current goal. I also want to take a Vegas vacation and feel more comfortable by the pool so itâs really a combination of health and vanity. Thanks for letting me share my progress. It helps me stay on track and builds my confidence and helps me form new images in my head of my new self. Iâm excited about whatâs possible.
