Truth is confidence is just like any other skill: you need to learn and practice it. At times we all get those weak moments when we doubt ourselves. A few tips how to overcome those moments! âªï¸FACE YOUR FEARS By facing your fears, you overcome a challenge and through that, you gain experience and self- confidence. Know that nothing is impossible if you work hard and smart. Never let your fears stop you from achieving your goals. Smash them and you will realize youâre stronger that you thought! âªï¸PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE If youâre not so good at something, all good. Just practice until it becomes easy and you could teach it to someone. Mastering a new skill, a new exercise will give you confidence! Progressing and growing are essential parts of your self-confidence. So donât get discouraged if your deadlift is not yet perfect..or any other exercises. Keep on grinding and perfecting your skills! âªï¸BE KIND TO YOURSELF Itâs okay NOT TO BE PERFECT, just make sure you keep moving foward. Remember, progress over perfection always. If your goal is to increase your muscle size you have to be patient and consistent. Change doesnât happen overnight!
