Well Iâve been constantly working out from home for the last 14 months, lots of cardio/treadmill work and free weights but my goal is to go back to the gym starting on Monday. I am all signed up. I just need to get my courage up and go. I am fully vaccinated but I will still wear a mask and Iâll have to get used to all the safety protocols (lots of hand sanitizer and wiping EVERYTHING down before and after) but I figure if this the new normal, then I just need to go out and get used to it. Besides, Iâm in a pretty good starting point and Iâm looking forward to using all that equipment at the gym that I hope will add more definition and size and keep me naturally burning fat and help my pre diabetes status drop to safe levels. Plus it couldnât hurt my confidence if and when I go to Vegas and sit by the pool.
