I’ve always had a Passion for fitness but my fitness journey has been far from easy. As a single mother of three, my fitness journey involved some unexpected turns, and some hard falls - but on this journey I somehow managed to always redirect and pick myself up. Today Im proud to say I’m the healthiest I’ve ever been. And if I can do it you can too. Most important, what ever body you want, love the skin that you’re in!
