Active rest day / working on burning off stubborn fat. 30min & 250cal burn walking on the treadmill at a fast pace. Three 25cal burn bursts with the assault bike, and 3 rounds of 30sec all out sprints - 188bpm is the highest Iâve seen my heart rate in a couple years! ??
