Shoulders and traps...

“We all have the ability to be so much more. There’s the saying “when the going gets tough, the tough get going.” The sad reality is that when the going gets tough, very few of us keep going. When difficult situations start pushing back on us, our first reaction is to stop. The brain will stop way before the body. We have to make sure that we marry up the mind to the body.” Hope everyone had an active and productive day today!! It was shoulder and traps day for me!!
