I know cardio isnât for every one but itâs the first thing I do when I get up. I walk an hour on the treadmill. It wakes me up and gets the blood flowing. Warms up all those sleepy tired muscles and also gets my mind clear and ready for the day. Later in the day you can be sitting at your laptop at work and no matter what happens that day you at least know I got up, walked an hour and worked up a sweat. It one of my stress relievers.
