I feel fantastic & everything is frikin awesome! Weighing in at 180 lbs right now. Positive energy and vibes out to all you Aliens! We got some major features dropping in the next month for my fitness app Exerprise including new workout programs with a whole new experience as well as workout analytic tracking! The Invasion membership on the Anabolic Aliens website has more new features on their way with more workout programs & videos coming too! I filmed new YouTube videos yesterday & have way more content planned. Iâll be dropping a new workout vid either tomorrow or this weekend. Iâm running multiple workout series right now so if youâre following them then you can expect every muscle group to be covered! Iâm gonna start posting more workout videos on Instagram and Tik Tok too. Stepping it up a level with the content game. Aww yeahhhh! No limits Making moves, grinding for more. Refuse to slow down.
