Two years ago today

Went to visit Dad today. It was 2 years ago today he left us. The four of us met & visited Mom & Dads gravesites . Afterward, we gathered for lunch at his favorite spot. A Mexican restaurant in Florence called Rosies. Dad was a banker all his professional career. President of a bank for some 30 years. He was a 1974 graduate of the graduate school of banking of the south at LSU. I graduated there in 1998. The ring is the one he recieved when he graduated there. So naturally, I was there logical choice for this keepsake. I wear it in his honor. Let me tell you, it’s not easy for this Alabama boy to be seen wearing a ring that says LSU. LOL.
