Four days post shoot vs todayâs check in. Maintaining some shape, despite the increase in calories. Only 300 additional per day from shoot but, given Iâm not lifting heavy, this works for me. Also important for my coach to give me a happy medium - he knows Iâd only really feel comfortable with an increase if I could lift heavy to âuseâ these calories in growing but mentally, apart from tempo work, Iâm lifting much lighter due to lack of equipment and space. Plus, my concentration needs to be on getting through my next tax exam and keeping mentally stable during lockdown (last time I suffered with depression quite badly) rather than obsessing over âIâve eaten X but Iâm not lifting Y like I would in the gymâ. Happy with where we are and excited to see the gradual growth - it might be slow, but itâs steady each week. Cardio down to whenever I feel like it to keep up VO2 and cardiovascular fitness; lifting sessions with 10kg dumbbells and resistance bands.âºï¸
