Not my favourite past time but Iâm grateful to my coach for putting on daily workouts that get me away from my laptop, even if for only 30 minutes. Slowly growing, little fluffier but definitely stronger in different ways (compared to strength in the gym). Push-ups, for example, with added shoulder taps and tempo) are feeling a breeze. Looking forward to seeing how many gains be made in preparation for going back to the gym, when we do. ?
