Before I post a picture like this it still makes me feel a bit weird but I’m always trying to break my own mental barriers and insecurities. I was always that kid growing up that had to shop in the “husky “ section of the store and was always the fattest kid and adult in the room. So when I can buy clothes in a regular store, sometimes slim fit, and I can SQUEEZE into a skintight cycle suit AND it zips up, I get a little bit of satisfaction after a week of cardio working out and just saying no to that extra portion or dessert. It makes me smile and proud that I’m putting me first, my health and my future self. As always, thanks for letting me share.
