Always hated school but never got rid of my backpack lol Erector thickness. From when I first started training, lower back focused exercise work was always a staple in my programming. For example: Supermans, Good Mornings, Hyperextensions, Back Extension Machine & a few others were common exercises Iâd include in my programs. For real, it took me a long time to correct the cat back ugly deadlift form so these lower back muscles were essential in keeping me safe and strong as I learned to get better. Do you train your lower back? A lot of people donât or they have deadlifts be their only contributor to lower back development and deadlifts will certainly help build it. Although, adding some specific lower back focused exercises may be game changing for you as well as improve your overall core strength significantly. Think about how you train, what you train, and why. You may just find youâve been neglecting key components to take your training to the next level! No limits.
