So hereâs the thing, from a fitness standpoint, I didnât end 2020 with a bang. More like a âmy body has had enough, let me sit on the couch and eat (and not the good stuff).â I also realized Iâm no longer in my twenties and my body doesnât heal as quickly as it use to and my stomach isnât as forgiving as it used to be lol. Sooooo... Moving forward I have to practice moderation with the foods I love, eat more of the healthier foods ?, and build a better relationship with cardio ?(the new bike should help with that). This is me on Day 1 of 2021. No filter, no sucking in, just all 190 lbs of me. The goal is to tone up while losing as little weight as possible... But letâs be honest, Iâd be happy to see my abs again even if the scale says 175 ?. New year, new fitness goals! Letâs get it!
