A different kind of throwback picture. Not really fitnesses related, but I hope you will indulge me. This wii be our third Christmas without Mom, second without Dad. At our Thanksgiving gathering at my brothers the Sunday before Thanksgiving, my aunt(her sister) gave me this. It is the Bible my Mom got on her 8th birthday, complete with her “autograph .” Especially at this time of year, cherish the time you have with loved ones, something sadly, I for many years didn’t really do, because it doesn’t last forever.
