Stairmaster âABSâ all records endurance practice, tennis fitness training. ~16hr fasted cardio, OMAD/alternate day eating diet at night after gym, zero fruits /veggies for 2+ years very good bloodwork, almost zero fat except to absorb vitamin... pasta (lightly cooked), frozen yogurt, unnflavored nutrabio whey protein isolate, vitamin water lemon zero, ccnature pure organic stevia extract, pink salt, potassium citrate powder, repeat, done lol. basically zero fiber which means zero digestion problems. a bit odd but working well for me lmao.
