Hereâs what happens at my house every morning at 7 AM. For one hour Iâm walking on my treadmill. No matter what the temperature is, I always work up a sweat so I just wear my bike shorts and a little wrap around tummy fat burner. I donât know if itâs doing anything but Iâd like to think it is. Even if Iâm tired, no how I felt before I got on the treadmill, I always feel better afterwards physically and mentally. It just feels good to know I did SOMETHING that was good for me. It actually gives me a little bit of confidence too. Even if I donât feel look like a magazine cover fitness model I at least feel a little bit like one.
