Some weekend posing practice! Iâm still learning but putting in the time to get better. Classic physique poses come a lot more natural to me than regular physique poses do. Iâm practicing both because weâre still not sure which division Iâm gonna do as I havenât started leaning out yet and this is my first time prepping for a show like this! My prep started around 14-15 weeks out to have a build phase before really dropping and my weight has actually remained pretty stagnant to this point at around 195 lbs but the strict cleanliness of my diet has me definitely feeling leaner from the start. Now 9 weeks out from my planned day to compete (11/28) if it doesnât get cancelled this time lol canât wait to see myself transform over the remaining weeks!!! Bring on them freaky out of this world shreds!
