Donât tell yourself you donât have enough time to make a change. Iâve had to cut several workouts this week due to energy level and schedule, but when I was able to make it fit, some short concentrated workouts can still do wonders! Not every workout needs to be 2 hrs of a barrage of reps. Happy Friday, all
