get er done

Outside my window in Portland Oregon there may be distant wildfires burning, ash in the air, crazy wind storms and nightly riots but inside my house, I got up, walked an hour on the treadmill, worked out with some free weights, took my vitamins, had a breakfast of black iced coffee and a low fat Jimmy Dean delite breakfast sandwich. 2 of my work meetings just got cancelled so I’m gonna take advantage of that and get done more done.
