Just doing one of the classic posses. I don’t have a good mirror. & I don’t practice all the posses. Honestly I don’t flex in front of people. & typically try to hide my muscles. My wife would get angry. If I was attracting attention. But when my work out comes up in conversation. People tell me typically. That they can tell I workout.
