3 mile short jog 80 degrees(felt like high 80âs), onto W-1 leg workout(cause I skipped Saturday, keep doing that on leg Days) & w-2 back workout. Was gonna do it on Sunday but found some guys to play softball with. Curtsy time in like 10 yrs, went to batting cages day before & got a new glove. I got I steamed, so easy now days to break it in. Anyhow, good time but I was easily 15-20yrs older than all of them. Looking forward to this weeks playing again. Hope everyone had a great weekend, Fathers Day & a Blessed workout day today.
