Iâm getting so excited for the gymâs to open back up in MA! As of now, theyâre planned for reopen on June 29. Weâll see what actually happens but Iâm already making myself a new program to get back into the gym! The setups gonna be 6 days a week. 4 guaranteed gym days along with 2 days of full body hiit which I can do from home if I want to. Scheduling it like this: Workout 1 - Upper Body Workout 2 - Lower Body Workout 3 - HIIT Day Workout 4 - Upper Body Workout 5 - Lower Body Workout 6 - HIIT Day Iâve actually never done an upper/lower gym split program before for my own training nor have I ever had straight hiit days included with gym days so this will be very different for me! I love my powerbuilding bro splits but looking forward to a new type of challenge!
