4 miles jog, 82 degrees, shoulders W-4 good workout, miss the gym. we just went i to phase 2 here, other than planet fitness no gyms in my are in Ma. open. plus i need a whole month to go through for them to workout the kinks & stuff. i lime my resistance bands & when go back to gym incorporate them into my workouts. especially being 50 & the wear n tear Iâve done to my body all those years in military, deployments & being Airborne it definitely helps joint therapy. Any there I go rambling, hope everyone has a great Friday workout & an even better weekend, God bless everyone.
