I know thereâs a lot of horrible things happening out there in the world right now and it was really having an effect on my mind as well as health and sleep. I tried to remember what I have done in the past to help with that and in addition to meeting with my therapist, if I walked on the treadmill and ate more sensibly that always helped me stay grounded in the past so I did and just like that I lost 4.8 pounds this week and it really has helped me cope and function better.
